Cancel Siriusxm Subscription Online:
- You can reach SiriusXM customer service by calling 1-888-539-7474. They answer calls Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET.

- On the website siriusxm.com, at top right side of the page select Help & Support, then click on Contact Us.
- Next select ‘Chat Now’.
- In the pre-selected answers select Cancel.

- Next at top right side of the page click on ‘Manage my account’ tab. From the drop down click on ‘Sign in’ button.
- Add the account email or username, password hit on ‘Sign in’ button.
Reset SiriusXM Login Information:
- To reset the login information go to the webpage siriusxm.com
- Next in the sign in section hit on ‘Forgot username’ button.
- Enter the required details.
- For password recovery enter the specific information and proceed with the page prompts.
Register for SiriusXM Account:
- To register for the account use the link siriusxm.com
- In the sign in section click on ‘Register now’ button.
- Now provide zip code, last name, phone number, account number click on ‘Continue’ button.

Cancel SiriusXM Services on Apple Device:
- If you are using this service in your Apple phone then you will get billing in your iOS phone.
- To cancel the subscription, open the SiriusXM App, click on the Settings icon,
- Next click on ‘Manage Subscription’ to upgrade or cancel from the Streaming Music & Entertainment Plan to the Streaming Platinum Plan.
- This change will happen instantly. Apple will give you a credit for the remaining time on your Streaming Music & Entertainment Plan and apply it to your new plan.
- To change your plan from the Streaming Platinum Plan to the Streaming Music & Entertainment Plan, open the Settings app on your iOS device; then tap your name at the top of the screen and go to Subscriptions and find and select the SXM App.
- If your current subscription is the Streaming Platinum Plan then, you can select the Streaming Music and Entertainment Plan. The change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- If you want to change the payment method, you need to follow instructions on the Apple ID Payment management page. Apple-billed subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID payment method.
- For instructions on how to cancel a subscription purchased on your Apple device through the App Store follow the instructions for Apple Subscription Cancellation. Once cancelled, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
- If you fail to cancel more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew. Uninstalling the SXM App will not cancel your subscription.
Cancel SiriusXM Services on Android Device:
- You can change or cancel the plan using your Android device.
- To upgrade the service you need to go to the manage subscription icon and from there you can upgrade the current program.
- This is also a cancellation method.
- If you need to change the payment method too, you can easily contact SiriusXM.
- If you don’t cancel more than twenty four hours before the renewal date, your subscription will get renewed and the automated payment system will deduct the money from your bank account. Even if you uninstall the app it will not cancel the subscription.
